Refunds & Returns Policy – Healing Crystal Vibes

At Healing Crystal Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our crystal-infused water bottles. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused Products: You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns of unopened and unused products, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For returns of damaged or defective products, Healing Crystal Vibes will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping fees upon receipt of the returned product.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will include the product price and any applicable sales tax.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product arrived damaged, or defective.
5. Replacements
- If you request a replacement for a damaged or defective product, we will ship a new product to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
6. Product Requirements
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, if possible.
- Products must be returned with all accessories and documentation included in the original shipment.
- For hygiene reasons, and because this is a water bottle, any used water bottle will not be accepted for returns.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
